This planting kit contains:

• a 5.5cm diameter terracotta pot
• a 3cm diameter compressed dehydrated coconut soil pellet
• a bag of cayenne pepper seeds

Growing method

• Water the coconut soil pellet with tap water ( about 5-6 times its volume of water): it will swell up quickly in front of you.
• Fill the growing pot with the soil, put some aside for later.
• Sow 4 or 5 chilli seeds and cover them with the coconut soil.
• Water in a fine rain every day a little to maintain humidity if possible with a sprayer.
• In 10 to 12 of days germination is done. Let the plants grow and when they are about 5 cm tall keep only the strongest. Let it grow a few more days, then repot in a pot of at least 15 cm in diameter.
• Put out the pot in May, when it is quite warm, the plant blooms and produces the small red peppers.
